HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

WEEK 6 HAS HIT ME LIKE A TON OF BRICKS.

FUCKING DYING. LITERALLY D Y I N G….

Friday, September 7, my symptoms started. They continued to be mild for a couple of days.

Then, literally, 6 weeks exactly, ALL THE SYMPTOMS were there to greet me with open arms.

First, I couldn’t drink coffee anymore. Legitimately, the thought of coffee made my stomach turn.

I FUCKING LIVE FOR COFFEE.

I text Scott and told him and he said, “Well damn, and it’s pumpkin spice season too.” He knows I’m a true basic bitch when it comes to my pumpkin spice coffee.

Then, it was meat. This happens every time. No steak, no chicken. The thought of it, makes me want to vomit. It really sucks because this is what I eat everyday for lunch and dinner.

The nausea wasn’t far behind. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was enough to make me want to lay on the couch all day and do nothing. I hated this feeling because I do not like feeling useless. Being nauseous makes me feel useless.

And then the tiredness somewhat goes hand in hand with all of them because I’m not drinking coffee, I’m eating whatever I can stomach for the moment which is basically all shit food, and just the extra blah feeling.

Attempting to drag myself out of bed at 5am to go to CrossFit has been non-existent. I worked out once this week at my new gym, and I dropped in at my old gym twice.

I realize I am growing a child, but all of this combined is just making it hard to be a functioning human being.

I even took a small nap this weekend. I feel like you know something is wrong when I take a nap.

We had a birthday party to attend on Saturday and I knew that I needed to rest a little before or else I was going to die. Scott was still at work, I had just put the kids to sleep for their nap, so I knew I just needed to lay down and chill.

I dozed here and there and then Scott came home and woke me up because he is just loud as fuck. I finally got up about an hour later and he was in the bedroom watching TV. He said he knew I didn’t feel good since I was napping so he figured he would just watch TV in the bedroom and leave me alone.

Good choice.
